Reservation Policy

Please note:  Because these special holiday trips include reserved show tickets, all reservations are final and non-refundable.  We are grateful for your understanding as we make this a joyful day for all.

 

Emergency Cancellations

Klein will notify passengers if transportation is cancelled due to circumstances that will compromise safe travel and that is beyond our control. In this case only, passengers would receive a refund for the transportation portion of the purchased trip.

Arrival Information:

Arrive in NYC approximately 11:00am

 

Drop Off Location:

Drop off on 7th Ave between 52nd & 53rd Streets - Near the HOPE Sculpture - Bus will drop off as close to this location as possible.

Departure from New York:

Bus will Depart NYC at 6:00pm from the same location that you were dropped off. - Please check with your tour director for more information regarding this location before disembarking for the day.

 

Tour Includes:

Deluxe Motorcoach Transportation, Orchestra level seat for the Radio City Christmas Spectacular, and freetime in New York

 

Your Klein Tour Director will hand out the tickets once everyone has boarded and you are enroute to New York City. You will have some freetime before and after the show to take in all of the holiday decorations, do some holiday shopping, and grab a bite to eat.
