To ensure all travel arrangements can be finalized, full payment is due by July 23, 2027. Once this deadline has passed, reservations are considered final and no refunds or travel credits will be available for cancellations.

Itinerary

Arrival Information - Monday
Arrive at the Holiday Inn & Suites Oceanfront in Ocean City, Maryland, at approximately 4:00 PM for check-in. Guest rooms are expected to be ready upon arrival. Along the way, the motorcoach will make an extended comfort stop for lunch as well as a grocery stop, giving you an opportunity to pick up any essentials before settling into your oceanfront accommodations.

Departure Information - Friday
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. After luggage has been loaded onto the motorcoach and all guests have checked out, we will begin our journey home. An extended lunch and comfort stop will be made en route.
