Step beyond the famous chocolate factory and discover the stories, flavors, and local gems that make Hershey unforgettable.  This curated one-day journey blends history, food, small-town charm, and sweet surprises into a perfectly paced adventure. 

 

10:00 AM - Welcome to the Hershey History Center

 

Your day begins with a warm welcome right on the motorcoach, followed by time to get settled inside the Hershey History Center.  From here, the group divides into two smaller groups for a more personal, immersive experience.  

 

Morning Rotations

 

  • Hershey History Center Tour - Group One

    explores the museum's rich storytelling, uncovering Milton Hershey's vision and the town's remarkable evolution.

  • Guided Yokl Trolley Tour - Group Two

     boards a charming trolley for a guided ride through Hershey, including stops at a beloved century-old grocery store and a beautifully restored historic building now home to a local restaurant.

 

11:45 AM - The Milton Hershey School Rotunda

 

Both groups reunite for a visit to the breathtaking Rotunda at Milton Hershey School - an inspiring highlight filled with history, architecture, and the legacy of generosity that shaped the town. 

 

12:30 PM - Lunch & Local Flavor at Hershey Fresh Market

 

Enjoy a relaxed midday break at Hershey Fresh Market, where guests can:

 

  • Meet local makers
  • Sample curated tastings
  • Browse and shop

    among a vibrant mix of vendors offering fresh foods, artisan goods, and regional specialties.

 

2:00-3:00 PM - Afternoon Rotations

 

The groups from this morning switch experiences:

 

  • Hershey History Center Tour - Group Two explores the museum's rich storytelling, uncovering Milton Hershey's vision and the town's remarkable evolution.

  • Guided Yokl Trolley Tour - Group One boards a charming trolley for a guided ride through Hershey, including stops at a beloved century-old grocery store and a beautifully restored historic building now home to a local restaurant.

 

3:45 PM - A Sweet Pause Before the Finale

 

An old-fashioned ice cream truck from Cubby's Ice Cream Cafe rolls in to serve locally made ice cream - a sweet pause before the final experience of the day.

 

Final Stop - Hershey's Chocolate World

 

Before departure, we have arranged a step-on guide for a visit to Hershey's Chocolate World, including the popular "Singing Cows Ride."

 

4:45 PM - Departure

 

Head home with full hearts, happy taste buds, and a deeper appreciation for the town that chocolate built.

Group One enjoys a guided tour of the Hershey History Center Museum while Group Two boards the Yokl trolley for a guided tour of Hershey.

Both groups reunite at 11:45 am for a visit to the Rotunda at Milton Hershey School.

12:30 pm - 2:00 pm

Head to the Hershey Fresh Market for a relaxed lunch experience where you can meet local makers, enjoy curated tastings, and have time to browse and shop.

2:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Groups from the morning rotation will switch the Yokl Trolley and Hershey History Center Museum experiences.

3:45 - 4:45 pm

A Sweet Finish - An ice cream truck from Cubby's Ice Cream Cafe arrives, serving locally made ice cream before a step-on guide joins the group for a visit to Hershey's Chocolate World, including the popular "Singing Cows Ride."
