Tony Award-winning director Julie Taymor reimagines the popular story using some of the theater’s most extraordinary stagecraft. The Lion King also features the exceptional work of Tony Award-winning choreographer Garth Fagan and a magnificent score crafted by the Tony Award-winning songwriting team of Elton John and Tim Rice.

 

This Grandparents Day, share an experience that spans generations - a story about heritage, courage, and the bonds that shape us.  Now is the time to join the circle of life at The Lion King, The Award-Winning Best Musical, playing on Broadway at the Minskoff Theatre.

 

The show is recommended for children ages 6 and up.  It is a musical for the whole family with no inappropriate content.  Please note children under the age of 4 will not be admitted into the theatre.

Arrival Information:

Arrive in NYC approximately 11:00am

 

Drop Off Location

Drop off on 7th Ave between 52nd & 53rd Streets - Near the HOPE Sculpture - Bus will drop off as close to this location as possible.

 

The Lion King at the Minskoff Theatre - Just a 10 minute walk from your drop-off/pick-up location.

Enjoy the 1:00 pm performance of The Lion King at the Minskoff Theatre, 200 W. 45th Street.

 

Departure from New York

Bus will Depart NYC at 6:00pm from the same location that you were dropped off. - Please check with your tour director for more information regarding this location before disembarking for the day.

 

*Your Klein Tour Director will hand out the tickets once everyone is onboard and you are enroute to New York City. You will have some freetime before and after the show to explore, shop, or grab a bite to eat.
